Surely this page should include screen shots in addition to photographs?
Apart from groceries, occasional clothes purchases and second hand bookshops I think 80% of my retail spend is on-line. Do I detect a reluctance to review on-line retailers?

Whilst not having the on-line spend you have, the trend is clearly moving that way. I (we) have no reluctance to include on-line retailers and will amend it accordingly.
